Hannah Foster is a formidably talented Singer, Songwriter and Performer with over 15 years experience to her credit. As a graduate from Tshwane University of Technology in Jazz Vocals, Hannah blends various styles seamlessly, offering audiences a tasty mix of groove, soul, pop, jazz and blues. Her songwriting skills are exhibited in her debut EP “Ode To Time” and her single release of “Behind The Light.”
Hannah is also a prolific session artist lending her voice to various brands including her latest collaboration with SKOON skincare as well as a collaboration with Diana Nielle and Producer Proto Sapien for the original credits track in the highly acclaimed “Influence” documentary which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival and was released to the South African public in August 2020. Hannah is also the founder of Unique Voice Music Academy and Art House FRIDAYS both of which campaign in the support of creative safe spaces in Johannesburg.

Every month, I take on the challenge of recording a song which is technically demanding. These recordings are captured in a single take, without any editing, resulting in a genuine and unfiltered performance. I invite you to join me in this pursuit by submitting your own version within the same month. Perfection is not the goal here. In fact, my own videos often contain mistakes. The real victory lies in pushing through those mistakes and delivering a compelling performance. Let's embrace the process and showcase our ability to rise above imperfections.
